Our Customer Service Representatives handle every inbound call, confirm daily logistics, and keep our records clear and complete. With tools like ServiceTitan and Slack, they act as the link between our customers and field crews, keeping things on track from start to finish.
Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for clear communication and fast action across multiple channels.
- Answer incoming calls and messages with professionalism and clarity
- Confirm scheduling details and order status in real-time
- Use ServiceTitan to log, update, and track customer records accurately
- Coordinate with field teams via Slack to resolve time-sensitive updates
- Assist with order changes, cancellations, and scheduling adjustments
- Track recurring issues and escalate unusual cases to the right team members
- Deliver consistent follow-through to maintain client trust
Requirements
We’re looking for organized, responsive professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing or administrative support role
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while multitasking
- Comfortable navigating cloud-based software and shared tools
- Calm, friendly presence during busy hours or difficult conversations
- Proven track record of reliability and on-time attendance
- Willingness to learn through shadowing and hands-on support
Preferred Qualifications
You’ll stand out if you bring extra attention to detail and proactive communication.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software
- Familiarity with Slack or other internal messaging tools
- Ability to recognize patterns and suggest process improvements
- Prior exposure to logistics or dispatch environments
- Interest in long-term growth within a customer-focused team
Work Schedule and Compensation
We keep a steady pace and pay fairly for your time and effort.
This is a full-time role with regular weekday shifts and occasional weekend rotations.
Expect to work 35–40 hours per week.
Hourly pay ranges from $17–$22 per hour depending on experience.
